Broker Associate Pre-license Program

Our course is designed to meet all of the educational requirements for all students to successfully complete the State Exam required for a Broker's real estate license in the State of Colorado.

The program consists of the following sections:

48 Hours    Real Estate Law & Practice
48 Hours    Real Estate Contracts & Regulations
  8 Hours    Record keeping & Trust Accounts
  8 Hours    Current Legal Issues
24 Hours    Closings
32 Hours    Practical Applications

The Total Study Hours are 168 Hours

Self-Study students are required to turn in completed quizzes on a regular basis.  Any student not adequately completing the course within six (6) months will have the enrollment terminated due to unsatisfactory progress.

A passing grade of seventy percent (70%) must be attained on each section test and 75% on the final exam for the student to graduate.  Any student not attaining a proper passing score will be required to re-test the section that has been failed.

The final exam will be issued to the student after all section tests have been completed.  Upon satisfactory completion of all section tests and the final exam, the student will graduate from the program and is issued a REC33.  The REC33 notifies the State that the student has completed and passed the educational requirements stated by law.
